Shipping Policy – United States
This policy applies to orders delivered to addresses in the United States. Please read it carefully before you place your order.
Order processing
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours.
- With priority shipping, orders are processed within 12 hours.
- With VIP shipping, orders are processed within 12 hours.
Processing means preparing your order and handing it to the carrier; that is when your order ships. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are processed from the next business day. Priority and VIP shipping shorten the processing time.
If we cannot ship your order within the processing time above, we will email you before that time runs out with a new shipping date and the option to cancel your order for a full refund. You can cancel at no cost by replying to that email. If the new date is no more than 30 days after the original one and you do not reply, we will treat that as your agreement to the delay. If the delay would be longer than 30 days, or we cannot give you a new date, we will cancel your order and refund you unless you tell us before the original processing time runs out that you agree to wait. If you agree to wait, you can still cancel at any time before your order ships. If we then cannot meet the new date, we will email you again and, unless you agree to the further delay, cancel your order and refund you.
Refunds for canceled orders are made within 7 business days or, for credit card payments, within one billing cycle. If we decide not to ship your order, we will tell you promptly and refund you in full within the same time.
Delivery times
- United States: 10–12 business days after your order ships.
The shipping options and costs available for your order are shown at checkout. Delivery times may vary because of carrier or customs delays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Import duties and fees
Our products are shipped to you from outside the United States. Unless your checkout shows that import duties are included, import duties, taxes or carrier processing fees may be payable on delivery; we cannot calculate them in advance. If any are due, the carrier will ask you to pay them before handing over the package.
Address changes
You can ask us to change the shipping address within 12 hours of purchase. After that we cannot guarantee any change, and once the order has been processed the address can no longer be changed.
If we cannot make the change and the package has to be shipped again, you pay the actual cost of reshipping; we will tell you the exact amount before we reship. Please email us at info@ibrushy.com and we will look for the best possible solution.
Packages returned to sender
If a package is returned to us because the shipping address you gave was incorrect or incomplete, nobody was available after the carrier’s delivery attempts, the package was refused or it was not picked up within the carrier’s time limit, you pay the actual cost of shipping it again; we will tell you the exact amount before we reship.
Please give us accurate shipping details and follow the tracking so that someone is available to receive the package. We are responsible for your package until the carrier delivers it to the address you gave us; if it is lost or damaged before then, we reship it once or refund you, as set out in our Refund Policy.
Returns and our 90-day guarantee
You can claim a refund within 90 days of delivery, for any reason, even if you have opened and used the product. You ship the product back with a tracked carrier at your cost, and we refund the full price you paid for every product you send back. See our Refund Policy for how to claim.
